Yes it is true we are a born climber or not (it is genetic)! But still we can improve our climbing when we work hard at it. Practice makes perfect and so does climbing, start practicing. The Tacx trainer gives us the unique opportunity to practice our climbing in the safe environment of your own home. BRH workouts are most suited during the intensity and Peak period. We made the BRH workouts demanding so be warned.
